License to Manufacture and Distribute INTERLAB, L.L.C., the R & D Laboratory, offers its experimental, no analogs are known, brand new product for a troubleshooting. Developed by INTERLAB, L.L.C., new method of troubleshooting and meters for that are automated means, easy to operate and yet low-coast, that turn a troubleshooting into easy and safe procedure available even to kids. We offer the new method to troubleshoot inductors and capacitors right in a circuit being tested and two meters for that - LC-mate and C-miracle. Both LC-mate and C-miracle are an alternative to expensive equipment for conventional troubleshooting and can be afforded by army of troubleshooters. LC-mate measures a quality factor Q of capacitors and inductors. It tests capacitors of all kinds within 100 pF - 3000 uF and inductors from 10 uH to 100 mH right in a circuit you are working with. All electrolytic capacitors can be tested by means of special express- technique. Unlike it, C-miracle tests electrolytic capacitors only. But it does it in a way nothing else can do. You will measure Q (from 1 to 100) during 1 second after you note electrolytic capacitor. You even don't need to analyze the reading in "bad -good" terms, - the needle of the meter goes leftward, to red area, if Q is lower than 10 and moves rightward, to green area, if Q exceeds 10. Why INTERLAB elaborated special technique and instrument for electrolytic capacitors? Because roughly 60 - 70% of all failures in electronics are caused by this kind of capacitors. Consumer electronics are especially sensitive to this kind of problems. Both meters and technique have passed a pilot approbation in conditions of electronic maintenance company in New York City during last 4 years. Employing this new technique and instruments allowed to find out defective parts during seconds without having schematic diagrams. Time- and emotional-saving effects were tremendous. Technicians, who got these instruments for approbation, can't do without them today. It can be afforded by any technician and engineer because of its tester-like price. LC-mate and C-miracle detect defective capacitors and inductors during one second. Both meters are lightweight palm-size units. Employing new method and meters eliminates necessity of harmful soldering and makes troubleshooting for a couple of seconds. We are open for a joint research and cooperation.
